Description

• Manage progress claims, variations, and invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual and legislative requirements
• Build collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain commercial frameworks (payment schedules, KPI regimes, risk/reward models)
• Implement contract management plans and dispute resolution strategies aligned with best practice
• Provide any other information to support your TSA Riley recruitment experience.
• Provide strategic advice on procurement, risk allocation, and cost management

Requirements

• Strong background in delivery-phase contract management and claims resolution
• 8+ years' experience in commercial management and contract administration on major infrastructure projects
• Experience with PPP, D&C, Alliance, Managing Contractor, and EPCM contract frameworks
• Excellent digital systems and tools: We prioritise productivity, connectivity and cyber security across our technology to stay at the forefront of our industry.
• Qualifications in engineering, commerce, law, or project management
• Exposure to energy sector projects (renewables, transmission, enabling infrastructure) highly regarded
