  • Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding service and support during field visits or dispatches maintaining positive relationships.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and diagnoses all types of equipment to ensure optimal working condition on the job site or in the shop
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Utilize company-provided systems and tools to efficiently document and manage work orders and sourcing parts/supplies for repairs/maintenance.
  • Participate in training programs directed by the Manager.
  • Follow all company procedures and protocols.
  • Report any unsafe or unserviceable shop tools, equipment, or vehicles to the Manager, and ensure that all tools are maintained in optimal condition, adhering to MSHA and OSHA regulations.
  • Align workflow with scheduling requirements.
  • Understand customer requirements/expectations and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to ensure top-quality equipment, exceed customer expectations.

  • Position may require several hours of driving daily to job sites
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Complete basic computer tasks including work orders, parts lookup, and email communication.
  • Adaptability for schedule adjustments and flexible hours based on operational needs.

  • Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.
  • Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment
  • Must be physically able to work in a jobsite environment for extensive periods to include lifting to 50lbs or more, bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including work order management, parts lookup, and email communication.
  • Must be able and willing to help train and assist other technicians in need of assistance
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in both shop and field environments
