As a Business Development Manager, you’ll grow our network adoption portfolio by building strong client relationships and converting opportunities into commercially robust wins. You’ll be accountable for the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to operational handover, collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to lead opportunities into successful projects.

Working closely with operations team to understand client requirements and potential solutions for project delivery.
Working with the wider Business Development (BD) team to develop sales and marketing growth strategies and plans.
Manage end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through to operations handover.
Building and developing relationships with Developers, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), Self-Lay Providers (SLP) and M&E consultants both new and existing.
Use of social media platforms to help Leep brand awareness.
Negotiating with Business Owners/Directors/Finance/Procurement/Energy Managers to maximise commercial terms.
Accountable for building out the sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.

The ability to build relationships with people at all levels and manage stakeholders
An ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines
Awareness of commercial risk and experience of mitigating risks
