Service Coordinator

Description

• Contact repeat customers to schedule inspections
• Ensure timely customer invoicing
• Assist with creating and following up on quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns
• Maintain accurate customer and job records
• Build Maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Call potential customers to offer inspection services
• Support Outside Sales with customer information, scheduling, and follow-up
• Assist in preparing inspection quotes for new customers
• Learn our crane, hoist, and rigging products and services.

Requirements

• An exceptional work ethic
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting is also required.
• 1+ year of previous customer service experience required
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
• Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
• Highly motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.
