Cleaner

Description

You will join a dedicated team responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the site, supporting colleagues and customers, and upholding health and safety standards.

• Clean and disinfect work surfaces, floors, and paintwork daily.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop general flooring throughout the site.
• Perform planned and ad‑hoc cleaning duties and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
• Report all accidents and incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Possess general cleaning experience.
• Understand Health & Safety best practices and COSHH regulations.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a DBS/Disclosure check.

The Cleaner position is based in Ingleby Barwick, working Monday to Friday from 3:15 PM to 6:30 PM during term time only, with a pay rate of £12.54 per hour.
