- Support the allocation and coordination of delivery slots via the Delivery Management System
- Maintain up-to-date trackers for AIL deliveries, bulk materials, and storage capacity.
- Assist the Control Tower in checking and validating contractor forecasts for critical resources
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying issues and suggesting
- Track daily progress of critical resources, escalating risks or delays to the Logistics Control Tower
- Support the preparation of weekly reports and dashboards on logistics performance.
- Liaise with contractors and marshals to ensure delivery compliance with routing, safety, and security requirements.
- Assist in enforcing contractor compliance with forecast submissions and logistics procedures.
- Visit site areas to verify the status of storage, critical deliveries, and logistics bottlenecks, reporting
- Monitor real-time deliveries and ensure that planned slots are being used effectively.
