You will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of utilities work packages, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution across several SZC project sites. The scope includes temporary and permanent connections, diversions, protection works and utility infrastructure upgrades across gas, water, power, telecoms and drainage.
Managing end-to-end delivery of utilities works (connections, diversions, protections, disconnections).
Coordinating with utility providers, contractors, designers and local authorities.
Ensuring utilities packages are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Maintaining Level 4 schedules and reviewing contractor planning (including 16-week lookaheads).
Contributing to continuous improvement and lessons learned within the programme.
Working across multiple geographic areas with overlapping boundaries.
Managing risks, issues, progress reporting and compliance documentation.
Able to obtain BPSS security clearance.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to work with utility companies, authorities and multi-disciplinary teams.
Knowledge of HSG47, BWIC and CDM Regulations.
