Tasks

-Own sales revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the FM Business Unit. -Collaborate across marketing, operations, and estimating teams to deliver client success. -Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals in Ontario. -Drive disciplined use of CRM, forecasting, and standardized sales processes. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts. -Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and client acquisition plans.

What You Bring

-Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership with a focus on talent development and succession planning. -Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and negotiation skills with experience closing large, complex service contracts. -Strategic Mindset: Ability to shape commercial strategy and link decisions to P&L outcomes. -Willingness to travel as required. -Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years in senior strategic sales leadership roles, ideally in facilities management or related services. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
