  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, reports, and certificates in full compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all maintenance schedules and statutory inspections are completed as per the planned programme.
  • Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring that all planned activities are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Manage and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure plant integrity is consistently maintained and operational reliability is maximised.
  • Assume overall responsibility for planning, scheduling, and executing routine, non-routine, and breakdown maintenance to ensure service intervals are met and equipment downtime is minimised.

  • Solid knowledge of the Chemical / Petrochemical/ Refinery / Manufacturing industry or similar industries, its operational characteristics, and safe working practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify improvement areas and manage development plans.
  • HNC / HND Electrical or Instrument and 10 - 15 years as a supervisor / manager
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical plant and ancillary equipment, including its safe operation, start-up, shutdown, and maintenance. Also requires a detailed understanding of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
