Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, construction engineering and management, materials science engineering, architectural engineering, or geology, together with a valid driver’s license and insurance. A willingness to obtain advanced licensure (EIT, PE), strong communication abilities, knowledge of heavy‑construction safety, functional understanding of CMT principles and ASTM standards, and the ability to work effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors are required.
