Capable of presenting to clients and senior leadership teams.
Strong estimating experience in the construction industry, ideally across multiple sectors, including residential housing.
A commercial mindset and solid negotiating skills.
Relevant construction-related qualifications (e.g. HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management).
A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
Comfortable managing and prioritising multiple tenders.
Excellent understanding of subcontract procurement, tender processes, and estimating software (e.g. Conquest, Bluebeam, Cubelay).
Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Organised, analytical and detail-oriented.
Able to confidently analyse drawings, specs, contracts and financial data.
Clear communicator - written and verbal.
Strong time management and a positive, proactive approach.
Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.
