Lead project delivery, client relationships, and team mentorship in senior architect role
-Actively contributing to practice culture, innovation, and staff development -Overseeing and managing the delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes are on time, on budget and aligned with client vision -Leading and mentoring teams across design, documentation and delivery -Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including managing tenders, proposals and ongoing project opportunities -Driving quality assurance, risk management and project governance
-Registration as an Architect with 15+ years’ experience (or equivalent senior-level experience) -A proven track record in leading complex projects from design through to delivery -Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and an intuitive design eye -Strong client-facing and business development skills, with the ability to win repeat work -Excellent leadership, mentoring and team management capability -Experience across a variety of industrial and large-scale projects
