The role involves material and spare‑part management, coordination with service teams, inventory and ERP maintenance, compliance and safety, logistics and customs handling, PPE and calibrated equipment oversight, and support for site operations.
- Manage materials and spare parts: picking, issuing, receiving, and coordinating ad‑hoc deliveries to wind farms.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely supply of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Maintain inventory and ERP records, including stock control, material postings, and regular SAP inventories.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintaining order and cleanliness.
- Handle logistics and customs, coordinating transport and customs clearance during port calls.
- Oversee PPE and calibrated equipment lifecycle, including testing and calibration.
- Support site operations with purchase requests, waste handling, and organizational tasks.
- Provide extensive safety training, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative international team environment.

Candidates should have an apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management or logistics with offshore certification, experience in warehouse operations (wind industry a plus), knowledge of customs clearance, proficiency with SharePoint, Office suite, TMS and SAP/AX, a full driving licence, strong English communication, and solid time‑management and regulatory compliance skills.
- Required education: apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management/logistics with offshore certification.
- Experience in warehouse operations; wind industry experience preferred; customs clearance knowledge beneficial.
- Technical proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP/AX).

- Excellent time‑management, planning, and adherence to local laws and regulations.
