- Checking the details of orders, including the quantity and type of goods.
- Resolves delivery problems.
- Packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison with Customer Service, Sales and Manufacturing departments.
- Loads and unloads carriers.
- Receives orders and assigns shipments to appropriate carriers.
- Coordinates paperwork and documentation necessary for outgoing and incoming shipments.
