Key responsibilities include developing the annual budgeting process with department heads, monitoring financial performance against budgets, preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, conducting ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, managing the forecasting process and long‑range plans, partnering with business units to provide financial insights, and leading a high‑performing team while championing automation and best‑practice documentation.
This role plays a crucial part in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reviews. It requires a strong understanding of financial principles, strategic thinking, and excellent analytical and communication skills, and involves collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders to drive insightful decision‑making and provide accurate financial projections.
The JLL FP&A team works collaboratively with finance partners across each function and the corporate segment. The individual will oversee management reporting and business‑process functions, emphasizing standardization and automation, and must be a clear communicator, organized, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt with the highest standards of behavior and work ethic.
Required knowledge and skills include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA and/or MBA a plus), experience in a large, complex global public company and fast‑growing environments, strong analytical ability to interpret complex data, business acumen to translate analysis into recommendations, advanced Excel and financial planning software expertise, familiarity with ERP systems and US GAAP, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across APAC, EMEA, and North America time zones.
