The successful candidate will have the ability to develop new business, provide technical expertise, and mentor the next generation of professionals within the team.
The successful candidate will join a busy office and be working alongside other internal teams including Agency (office and industrial & logistics), Investment, Planning Infrastructure & Regeneration, Valuations, Property Management and Rating to provide blended property and construction best in class advice to our clients.
- Develop and negotiate dilapidation schedules and exit strategies – advising on lease-end obligations and practical solutions.
- Create planned preventative maintenance programmes – designing structured plans to safeguard long-term asset performance.
- Assist with portfolio coordination and handle additional duties as required – supporting portfolio instructions and taking on ad‑hoc responsibilities.
- Build lasting client relationships – maintaining strong links with internal and external stakeholders while delivering excellent service.
- Carry out building inspections and produce professional reports – undertaking surveys and documenting findings clearly.
- Prepare technical specifications and oversee repair/refurbishment contracts – drafting requirements and administering contract delivery.
- Conduct reinstatement cost evaluations – assessing rebuilding values for insurance and compliance purposes.

- Chartered MRICS Building Surveyor – with proven post‑qualification experience, ideally gained in a commercial consultancy.
- Professional presentation with outstanding interpersonal skills – able to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
