Support preparation of ad-hoc and recurring analyses and financial reporting
Support data and process integrity in Salesforce and SAP
Collaborate with Salesforce support personnel on Salesforce CPQ initiatives as needed
Coordinate pricing additions and activity for the business unit through use of Salesforce CPQ or SAP as applicable
First point of contact for price implementation related process support for Sales and Customer Service teams
Maintain accurate process documentation for work flows as continuous improvements are implemented
Support recurring monthly activities and reporting, including Sales Agent commissions, rebate reconciliations, etc.
Support continuous improvement of processes throughout entire organization in all aspects of the role
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all sales orders are executed with active and accurate pricing, lead internal efforts to resolve pricing discrepancies
Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents
Supports the site EHS policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements
Run periodic pricing and profitability analyses and provide recommendations to the business for improvement, utilizing Excel, PowerBI, and other analysis tools
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
Act as a partner to the Sales organization to troubleshoot and improve the price entry and administration process
Support the implementation of mass price increase campaigns based on business strategies: reviewing price targets, aligning with sales, managing execution, and financial reporting
Participates in EHS activities provided by site management and Bostik, Inc. (e.g., Puresafety, etc.)

Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI preferred, but not required
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; works well with others in a cross-functional team environment knowing who to engage to achieve results.
Ability to build effective relationships with all levels and roles in the organization.
Practice safe work habits, in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines and Bostik specific EHS requirements
Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
Thorough understanding of how to leverage a wide variety of data and related computer tools to perform job functions
Fluent in English required, French speaking a plus
Ability to lead self and work collaboratively to identify process improvement opportunities.
Expert on Salesforce CPQ functionality, workflows and pricing processes
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and business acumen.
Financial expert in all elements affecting Gross to Net Sales Revenue and how SAP functionality affects the revenue of the business
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, technical field or similar/equivalent.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams)
