Lead strategic growth of Volvo Penta's industrial engine product range across Great Britain, driving both new engine sales and aftermarket services.
Sales & Marketing: Develop and deploy targeted go-to-market plans, including account-based sales strategies and digital marketing campaigns, to accelerate customer acquisition and retention
Customer Engagement: Cultivate strategic partnerships with key OEMs and end users by aligning Volvo Penta's value proposition with customer roadmaps. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, and product development teams to co-create long-term solutions
Technical Enablement & Application Engineering: Provide technical consultation to OEMs, including installation audits, commissioning oversight, and application-specific engineering support. Ensure all solutions comply with Volvo Penta's technical certification standards
Strategic Growth: Define and execute a data-driven business strategy targeting sustainable, profitable growth across new engine sales and aftermarket solutions. Leverage market segmentation and lifecycle value analysis to prioritize high-impact opportunities
