Demonstrable experience delivering to demanding schedules, targets and quality standards
Chartered Engineer or equivalent (e.g. ICE, APM, CIOB, RICS, PMP)
Strong project controls capability, with confidence using data and analysis to drive decision-making
Extensive experience in project, financial, programme and resource management, including multi-million-pound budgets or fees
Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex construction and/or design-led infrastructure projects
Experience managing and directing large project teams (often 100+ people), both insourced and outsourced
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels in both matrix and non-matrix environments
Understanding of DCO processes and/or consented infrastructure environments would be an advantage.
Business development capability, including leading bids and writing winning proposals
Health & Safety qualification (e.g. SMSTS, NEBOSH) desirable
Highly collaborative, curious and confident leader, capable of driving change and continuous improvement
Member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE)
