You will oversee the entire c£500mn mechanical piping scope of works, leading a team of 1500+, ensuring its efficient and safe delivery on a project that is critical to the UK.
Overall responsibility for the efficient and safe delivery of the Mechanical Piping scope of works (100s of kms).
Ensure timescales are met by driving continuous improvement across the piping scope to improve project efficiency.
Interact with senior stakeholders across the project.
Lead and foster a positive safety culture.
Oversee workforce planning, collaborating closely with partner companies, to ensure that the necessary skills and people are available when required.
Leadership of a directly-managed construction workforce of 1500+.
Act as the key link between construction delivery teams and the end client; focused on building collaborative working relationships.

The ability to devise and implement continuous improvement to mechanical projects.
