Attend weekly meetings and all other mandatory company events.
Achieve and or exceed sales and closings goals outlined by the Division.
Arrive 15-30 minutes prior to opening, perform opening procedures and prepare for the day.
Perform a comparative market analysis (CMA) report each month and be knowledgeable of community competition.
Take ownership of community by ensuring that inventory homes and model homes are up to brand standards, walking each inventory home weekly and model home daily. Notify the appropriate team members if opportunities for improvement are needed.
Adhere to sales and marketing as well as Company policies and procedures.
Weekly meetings with Neighborhood Construction Managers. Contact buyers/Realtors on contract on a weekly basis to give updates on the status of their new home.
Meet, greet, and build rapport with each person that comes through the door. Encourage each visitor to complete a guest registration card.
Consistently follow up with prospective buyers and maintain notes.
Complete necessary paperwork, contracts, community reports, process forms on time to the best of your ability.
Visit and build relationships with Brokers and Realtors.
