  • Work with cutting-edge facility management technologies and processes
  • Organize and supervise maintenance vendors when needed
  • Conduct daily inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment alongside the Site Engineering Manager
  • Support minor renovation projects and office fit-outs
  • Update inventory of consumables and spare parts
  • Attend site on weekends/after hours as required (typically one Saturday per month)
  • Monitor equipment rooms and facilities using predefined checklists
  • Renovate daily inspection fault within skills base
  • Respond to user-reported defects promptly
  • Respond promptly to equipment alarms and help desk work orders
  • Work closely with Building Management and Security teams
  • Perform minor repairs and replacements (light tubes, door locks, keyboard drawers)
  • Respond to users reported defects
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs
  • Responsible for the operations of M&E equipment to ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements.
  • Attend site on weekends/after hours to supervise/escort vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance works (as required, typically at least one Saturday a month)
  • Inform users about status of requests
  • Raise work orders as necessary
  • Communicate repair status to facility users

  • Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, or related discipline
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Clear communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Valid electrical license (essential)
