Complete all general administration and support tasks that are needed by Lettings, Income, Case Management, and Neighbourhood teams, and any other areas of Customer Support Team
Make sure your objectives and tasks are being met and recorded against the KPI properly to help with tracking and reporting
Ensure that you update the relevant IT system(s) with every customer contact.
Ensure effective management of tasks, answering queries and resolving matters at first point of contact where possible.

Allocate and prioritise tasks efficiently so they are completed within timescales
