- Monitoring and troubleshooting of the global CORS infrastructure (with main focus on Europe)
- Monitoring and maintaining of real-time GNSS correction services
- Provide 3rd level support to the Trimble Advanced Positioning customer care team. Give technical advice and answer general service questions.
- Develop new approach of monitoring and processes around monitoring the GNSS and IT Infrastructure

- Intermediate knowledge about GNSS system
- Experience in data analysis, working with metrics and building monitoring systems (e.g. tools Grafana, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, DataDog).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English within technical context.
- Experience in geodetic surveying and knowledge about GNSS systems with focus on GNSS corrections and positioning.
- Hands on experience with Trimble or other brand GNSS hard- and software.
- Basic practical knowledge of IT networking
- Outgoing personality, easiness to reach out to people
- A bachelor’s or associate's degree in geomatics, geodetic surveying, or related field
- Basic programming skills in Python or PowerShell (with focus on data analysis or processes automation)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
