We are seeking a capable and diligent Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for our projects across the UAE. This role requires ensuring technical compliance, robust progress monitoring, and proactive problem-solving on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and hands-on experience managing site operations for large-scale developments, including high floor residential projects.

Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, building codes, and local authority requirements.
Sound understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
Exceptional teamwork, coordination, and time-management abilities.
Previous experience in both contractor and developer environments is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
Excellent technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction, ideally within the UAE.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving site conditions.
Demonstrated experience working on high floor residential projects.
Experience on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
