The position is a Second Shift Process Operator (3:30 – 11:30 PM) located in Torrington, CT, with a starting salary of $18.00 per hour plus a 10% shift differential. Process Operators work in teams within a climate‑controlled manufacturing facility, handling the manufacture and assembly of specialized fuel cell components. On‑the‑job training provides experience with manual, semi‑automated, and automated processes that require high precision and quality, and the role includes varied, rotating work assignments with cross‑training opportunities.
