- 3+ years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel; experience with Customer Relationship management systems preferred
- Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad
- Customer-centric mindset
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Innate sense of urgency
- Superior time and project management skills
- Impeccable prioritization and organizational skills
