Prospect for and develop relationships with a variety of exciting and dynamic customers in our target market. This involves cold calling, outbound email and LinkedIn marketing and attending networking events.
Conduct client meetings via phone, zoom and in person.
Host networking events and become a thought leader in your specific technical market.
Headhunt for talent and conduct screening calls whilst building a network of candidates in your technical niche.
Manage the interview process with both client and candidate from submission to offer stage and handle offer negotiation.
Partner with our marketing team to build your personal brand on social media and create engaging content to attract clients and candidates.
