The Project Administrator is responsible for setting up projects and contracts and will reforecast according to PMO and division guidelines. In this role you will assist project management in delivering specific project elements or contribute to overall program delivery.
Key accountabilities include providing monthly CPM financial status reports, handling invoicing, cost transfers and facilitating write‑downs. You will identify projects for closeout per PMO guidelines and work with GSSC to complete them. Participation in Project Controller mentoring and training calls is required, as is uploading documents into CLS and understanding revenue calculations in Oracle.
Qualifications include intermediate to advanced proficiency with desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and possesses strong problem‑solving and communication skills for liaising with peers and senior colleagues.
Preferred qualifications are an associate degree in accounting and experience with CPFF projects.
