- To create, manage, revise and issue construction work packs (CWP) as required and managed inline with construction requirements.
- Work with CWP creation and updates to ensure a Right first time
- Record the impacted CWPs - construction work packs to be revised in the CWP tracker
- Work with other departments and key stakeholders to ensure CWPs are kept up to date to align with construction programme.
- Follow the Workpack process and Report issues / concerns with upcoming tasks to the Workpack lead.
- Update Construction Workpacks and issue to construction team.
- To ensure the configuration of the workpack is well-documented, controlled, up to date with Client’s s instruction and compliant with quality standards.
- Development of documents to support the delivery of the Construction Workpacks

- Extensive experience of using Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
- HNC or relevant experience.
- Experience in creation and management of work packs.
- Able to obtain a BPSS security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experienced in working in a Joint Venture or Alliance environment.
