The Sr. Leasing Manager is responsible for leading the leasing function to achieve and/or exceed occupancy and availability goals for the apartments division, including coaching the leasing process.

  • Provides required performance reports timely.
  • Completes call coaching weekly with Leasing Consultant.
  • Ensures Abandon Call Rate and Service Level goals are achieved by utilizing RingCentral to monitor all call queues and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Attends Quality Assurance inbound call and ILS calibrations.
  • Assists with addressing and resolving customer escalations.
  • Leads, coaches and develops direct reports to create a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Strategically develops and executes plans to exceed key performance indicators.
  • Uses a consultative selling approach to evaluate customer needs while communicating relevant benefits.
  • Creates a service focused culture for customers and employees leading by example and ensuring a proactive approach is adopted for all key customer touch points.

  • Two years experience in sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Maintains accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the market.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus.
