- Support sequencing and coordination of services to minimise impacts on other work areas.
- Ensure timely authority connections (water, power, telecoms, sewerage, and stormwater).
- Act responsibly in line with HSEQ requirements, setting high standards for yourself, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Manage quality inspections, hold points, and compliance with testing processes.
- Ensure sustainability outcomes and energy requirements (Green Star/NABERS) are achieved.
- Support the tender process for services packages, consultants, and subcontractors by assessing scopes and design.
- Contribute to project handover by resolving variations, managing early defect rectification, and responding to client requests.
- Review installation drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Work closely with consultants and subcontractors to document solutions and ensure construction compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues early to reduce risks in buildability, procurement, resources, safety, or cost.
- Manage building services interface requirements across design coordination, installation, commissioning, and completion.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and oversee approvals for documentation, samples, and testing.
- Suggest innovative and cost-effective design options, value engineering solutions, and best-practice methodologies.
