We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Engineering Manager to oversee and manage projects related to Process Safety Management & Risk Management Plan, Emergency Action Plans, Mechanical Integrity Audits, Compliance Audits, Process Hazard Analysis, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for our clients. This role will play a critical part in procuring, managing and supporting environmental and safety projects with a strong focus on EH&S compliance and risk assessment, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving common goals. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5 years of experience in environmental engineering or compliance, with a focus on PSM, emergency preparedness, and mechanical integrity.
- Multi-disciplinary exposure: civil, survey, geotechnical, materials testing, environmental, EHS, etc.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including PSM, RPM, RCRA, CWA, CAA, and local EHS
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
