Executive Engineer

Description

The Executive Engineer will oversee all technical integrated facilities management (IFM) activities and report to the Assistant Facility Manager. The ideal candidate is well‑organized, capable of leading a large team, and focused on delivering problem‑free, safe accommodations so employees can work under optimal conditions. This role demands strong operational efficiency, proactive maintenance, and rapid response to emergencies. It is based on‑site in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.

• Ensure 100% uptime of client facilities across India through preventive maintenance and rapid emergency response.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, generate condition reports, and implement corrective actions (IR, RCA, CAPA).
• Maintain compliance with city, state, and statutory regulations, including fire, lift, and stability certifications.
• Develop and roll out engineering and operational procedures for site staff and coordinate with local authorities.
• Manage engineering budgets, contracts, and technical audits to ensure quality and risk mitigation.
• Create critical spares inventory and schedule maintenance shutdowns in collaboration with clients and OEMs.
• Lead a large technical team, fostering zero‑downtime objectives and safety‑first work practices.

• Minimum 5 years experience as an executive engineer or similar role in IFM.
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (BE/ECE) with a valid “C” license.
• Strong non‑verbal and verbal communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with tech‑based dashboards, vendor management, SLA monitoring, and client coordination.
