Manager - Transportation Foresight & Planning | UAE Nationals Only

Lead strategic transportation foresight and planning, develop and maintain integrated multi-modal transportation plans for Dubai, and ensure alignment with Dubai Urban Plan 2040. Manage specialized transportation studies, evaluate strategic projects, and maintain foresight tools for future planning.

• Policy Compliance: Maintain alignment with Dubai Urban Plan 2040 and strategic transportation goals.
• Transportation Foresight: Manage RTA foresight tools, identify global transportation trends, and prepare insights.
• Technical Reviews: Conduct technical reviews of major transportation studies from public and private entities.
• Scenario Analysis: Evaluate transportation scenarios, recommend priorities, and set project budgets.
• Sustainable Mobility: Develop and update Dubai's first and last-mile transportation strategy.
• Strategic Transportation Planning: Develop short, medium, and long-term multi-modal transportation plans for Dubai.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with government entities, private developers, and strategic partners.

• Project Management: Ability to manage transportation studies, budgets, and performance evaluations.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of transportation models, scenario analysis, and strategic forecasting tools.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing transportation scenarios and strategic planning models.
• Transportation Foresight & Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing integrated multi-modal plans.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Transportation Planning or a related field (PhD preferred).
• 14+ years of experience in strategic transportation planning, foresight, and policy development.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in engaging with government authorities and strategic partners.
• Technical Reviews: Strong understanding of technical studies, transportation policies, and global trends.
