- Implement risk assessments and method statements as needed
- Keep the site tidy, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Supervise subcontractor teams on-site, ensuring smooth and safe operations
- Champion exceptional customer service and uphold Balfour Beatty’s values
- Ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and report any unsafe acts or near misses
- Monitor and report on the quality of modular building products and installations
- Deliver clear and effective task and safety briefings
- This is a site-based role with travel across the UK
- Maintain strong relationships with site personnel and stakeholders

- NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Construction Site Supervisor
- Ability to travel throughout the UK and overnight stays.
- CSCS Supervisor/Manager’s card
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Experience with modular/temporary buildings
- CPCS Lift Supervisor / Appointed Person (Blue Card)
- Slinger Signaller qualification
- Solid record-keeping abilities
- Additional trade skills (e.g. Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Flexible attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
- Overnight stays will be required.
- Smart working, giving you more flexibility such as staggered start and finish times, with up to 40% remote working, where roles allow.
