Execute engine service according to maintenance protocol (oil management, filter/valve replacement, measurements).
Perform minor repairs in addition to planned maintenance.
Conduct major engine service with colleagues, following major service protocol.
Rebuild in‑frames, including engine, gearbox, and generator.
Monitor maintenance activities for compliance with EHS protocol.
Analyze engine failures across mechanical, electronic, and software domains using historical data.
Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical engine issues.
Prepare detailed site visit reports covering symptoms, actions, parts, hours, results, and follow‑up.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Process timesheets, expense reports, EHS forms, and job reports promptly.
Comply with all EHS policies and procedures for a safe work site.
Meet insurability standards for company vehicle operation.

Possess a valid driver’s license.
Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
Travel up to 80 % of the time and work remotely as required.
Have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
Minimum 4 years experience with reciprocating or renewable‑gas engines (preferred).
Commissioning experience (preferred).
Mechanical Technician certification or higher.
Electrical Technician certification or higher.
Familiarity with Jenbacher reciprocating gas/diesel engines.
Ability to understand and implement technical procedures.
Effective communication with team, management, and customers.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Strong customer focus and ability to interact effectively with customers.
Proficient computer skills, including PLC knowledge.
