In this area you will collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to create and roll out new sales strategies and best practices. You will own the execution of major initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across global teams, and continuously track performance to measure impact and drive improvements. Additionally, you will design and deliver sales‑focused training for senior consultants worldwide.
You will oversee strategic consulting initiatives, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and escalating issues to ensure programme success. Cross‑functional collaboration will be essential to remove roadblocks, monitor progress, and measure outcomes. You will also manage the consulting reward and recognition programme.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will develop high‑impact communications that align with strategic goals. You will extract and analyse key business performance data to support commercial and financial planning. Your insights will help shape decisions that drive growth.
The ideal candidate has substantial experience in sales enablement or sales programme management, with consulting experience considered a plus.
