• Oversee the budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing of projects to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the studio at the cutting edge of cultural film production
• Establish partnerships with local, regional, and international talent, filmmakers, and creative professionals to enhance studio output
• Represent Qiddiya at industry events, film festivals, and cultural conferences to promote our projects and strengthen industry relationships
• Lead and manage all aspects of the film studio's operations, including project development, production management, and post-production
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence among studio staff and production teams
• Drive quality assurance processes to ensure that all projects adhere to the highest artistic and technical standards
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for cultural projects that align with Qiddiya's mission and objectives

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in film production and management, with a focus on cultural content
• A deep passion for culture and storytelling, coupled with the ability to inspire and lead creative teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the cultural landscape and an ability to translate artistic vision into actionable strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in film production
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing large-scale film projects from inception to completion
