In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for franchise brands and owners regarding QuickBooks and Qvinci, guide them through account setup, onboarding, and data analysis, and coordinate operational collaboration across the network. You will resolve technical issues, develop training materials and documentation, and work closely with franchise partners to streamline communication and boost engagement. Managing several projects at once while meeting tight deadlines is a core part of the job.

We require 2–3 years of hands‑on QuickBooks experience along with strong project‑management and multitasking abilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, problem‑solving, and a service‑oriented, detail‑focused attitude. A high‑school diploma is required, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM local time, and can be fully remote for candidates outside the DFW or Waco, TX area.
