Quickbooks Specialist

Description

In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for franchise brands and owners regarding QuickBooks and Qvinci, guide them through account setup, onboarding, and data analysis, and coordinate operational collaboration across the network. You will resolve technical issues, develop training materials and documentation, and work closely with franchise partners to streamline communication and boost engagement. Managing several projects at once while meeting tight deadlines is a core part of the job.

• Handle all incoming inquiries from franchise brands or owners about QuickBooks/Qvinci.
• Provide basic information for QuickBooks Online account creation, onboarding, and forensic analysis.
• Coordinate Neighborly operational collaboration related to Qvinci for franchise brands/owners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and concerns.
• Create SOPs, record training videos, and produce technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with franchise brands to streamline communication, initiatives, and maximize franchisee engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
• Communicate Qvinci’s technical features and benefits effectively to franchise brands and franchisees.

We require 2–3 years of hands‑on QuickBooks experience along with strong project‑management and multitasking abilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, problem‑solving, and a service‑oriented, detail‑focused attitude. A high‑school diploma is required, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.

• 2–3 years proven experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Service‑oriented attitude with high attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to handle stressful, consultative client interactions and act as a problem solver.

The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM local time, and can be fully remote for candidates outside the DFW or Waco, TX area.
