As Regional Member Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the development of an inclusive and connected professional community within your region. Working closely with the Regional Board and internal teams, you’ll design and deliver meaningful engagement opportunities that reflect the needs and aspirations of our members. From strategic planning and event delivery to digital storytelling and early careers outreach, your work will help shape a vibrant member experience and strengthen RICS’ presence in the region. This is a strategic, people-focused role where your leadership, creativity, and relationship-building skills will make a lasting impact.
⦁ Respond to member queries and support candidates, counsellors, and stakeholders across the region.
⦁ Drive early careers initiatives and outreach to schools and universities to inspire future professionals.
⦁ Design and deliver inclusive engagement strategies that reflect the diversity of the regional membership.
⦁ Manage regional social media presence and digital storytelling to highlight member achievements and expand visibility.
⦁ Analyse engagement data and member feedback to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
⦁ Recruit, onboard, and support Regional Board members to ensure effective governance and strategic alignment.
⦁ Understanding of governance processes and experience supporting boards or committees.
⦁ Confidence using social media and digital tools to tell compelling stories and grow engagement.
⦁ Ability to use data and feedback to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
⦁ Experience designing and delivering events, programmes, or engagement strategies.
⦁ Experience engaging and influencing professionals across sectors and career stages.
⦁ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
⦁ Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
⦁ Adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to inclusivity.
