6-8 years of experience in product management, growth analytics, or AI/ML product roles within digital-first, consumer-facing (B2C) businesses, e.g., telco, fintech, e-commerce.
Deep familiarity with product and / or consumer telco metrics, e.g., ARPU, churn, MAU/DAU, feature adoption
Experience in agile, test-and-learn environments; comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; bonus points for Python / R experience, or familiarity with analytics platforms
Hands-on experience integrating machine learning or AI-powered features into products, such as personalization engines, predictive analytics, or conversational interfaces, strongly preferred
Prior exposure to the MENA region and/or subscription-based, telecom, or digital services is highly desirable
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence across data, engineering, and commercial teams
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear product recommendations and business cases for prioritization
