The role involves inspecting electrical installations for proper grounding, circuit integrity, and regulatory adherence, as well as providing general inspection of all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship. You may participate in developing job safety practices, preparing safety reports, and contributing to quality control reports and procedures. Additional duties include documenting field construction activities and submitting daily log reports to the client.
Parsons is seeking a talented Field Inspector to perform well‑defined and sometimes difficult inspection tasks, including monitoring quality control procedures. You will inspect various facets of work on construction sites and conduct continuous surveillance of assigned activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in a technical or construction‑related discipline, or a high school diploma with equivalent work experience, plus typically three or more years of field project experience and any required certification. Construction safety training, such as OSHA 10‑hour, is required, and no security clearance is needed.
