Strong proficiency in crowd modelling tools such Legion, Viswalk, MLSAT, MassMotion and other transport analysis software.
Solid understanding of multi-modal transport planning, microsimulation, junction modelling, and demand forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and present complex modelling outputs clearly.
6-12 years of professional experience in transport modelling, with at least several years at senior/principal level.
Strong project management, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
Proven experience working on major transport and mobility projects in Saudi Arabia or wider Middle East region (preferred but not essential).
Experience using GIS to develop Urban Network Analysis at a city scale level to identify pedestrian desire lines.
