Mechanical System Design: Lead the design and engineering of mechanical systems within manufacturing facilities, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Fluid Systems: Engineer systems for water, chilled water, wastewater, cooling towers/condensers, boiler/steam or hot water, hydronic systems, compressed gases (air, O2, N2, CO2), waste/drain, and other plumbing systems.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into larger projects.
Equipment Sizing: Determine appropriate equipment sizes for efficient and effective operation of mechanical systems.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all mechanical designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
Quality Assurance: Follow and maintain quality control processes to ensure that mechanical designs meet the highest standards and client expectations.
HVAC Systems: Design systems involving air handling units, chemical and laminar fume hoods, unit heaters/coolers, and other HVAC components to maintain optimal environmental conditions.
Project Management: Oversee mechanical engineering aspects of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and develop solutions that align with their goals.
