- Set up and conduct chemical experiments and tests using various analysis techniques.
- Conduct laboratory tests for qualitative and quantitative analysis of processes.
- Ensure processes and equipment comply with environmental regulations.
- Assist in prioritizing preventive maintenance functions to ensure equipment reliability.
- Design and improve chemical processes, including anodizing and painting techniques.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for safety and quality.

- Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing systems
- Ability to lead and execute projects in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing/plant environment
- Strong understanding of chemistry, physics, and engineering principles
- Preferred 5+ years experience with waste treatment, painting, and anodizing of aluminum extrusions
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma concepts
- Project planning skills
- Experience in chemical processing for 10+ years
- Training in basic chemistry, titration, and solution process control
- BS degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline from an accredited institution
