Strong mathematical, communication, and organizational skills.
5+ experience with Commercial electrical estimating, inside sales, or customer service in the electrical industry.

Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specs, and the National Electric Code.
Confidence managing customer relationships, prioritizing deadlines, and producing detailed, accurate work.
Respectful and team oriented
Field experience as an electrical trainee, apprentice, or journeyman (prefab experience a plus).
Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and tools like Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
