The Global Head of Strategy, Transformation & Reporting will define and drive the global standard for strategy consulting at Anthesis. Reporting to the North America STaR regional leadership team and dotted‑line to the Global Business Line Lead, the role sets direction, frameworks and quality standards for winning and delivering strategy engagements across regions. The position requires senior strategic leadership, hands‑on delivery credibility, and accountability for the commercial success of the proposition worldwide.
- Develop and evolve the global strategy proposition with clarity, distinctiveness, and commercial relevance.
- Design global methodologies, tools, templates, and delivery frameworks for consistent quality.
- Define quality standards and minimum expectations for client delivery with regional leads.
- Lead creation of training frameworks and capability‑building programmes for consultants worldwide.
- Own and maintain core sales and marketing materials (service line overviews, credential decks, case studies) and keep them updated.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and innovations to evolve the proposition.
- Align regional teams (North America, UK/Europe, APAC) behind the global proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional consulting and proposition leads, supporting local application of the framework.
- Influence through collaboration to secure buy‑in and consistency without direct line management.
- Partner with the Digital team and other areas to integrate data and technology into the proposition.
- Foster a global community of practice, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Shape and communicate point of view on key topics within the proposition area.
- Lead development of thought‑leadership content, publications, and external positioning with marketing and Client & Growth teams.
- Represent Anthesis in global forums, conferences, and client discussions as subject‑matter expert.
- Collaborate with regional Client & Growth Leads to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
- Support strategic pursuits, proposals, and client pitches with subject‑matter depth.
- Win and lead client engagements as project director on flagship projects.
- Own the global sales target for the proposition, driving growth across all regions.
- Meet personal annual new‑business target and actively lead proposal and pitch activity.
- Contribute to revenue growth by strengthening value, relevance, and scalability of the Strategy proposition.

The successful candidate will have senior leadership experience in strategy consulting or transformation, a proven record of building and scaling consulting propositions globally, and strong commercial acumen with ownership of sales targets and new‑business growth. They must be able to influence across geographies without direct authority, possess excellent communication and thought‑leadership skills, and be passionate about sustainability and driving positive impact.
Benefits
The role is a permanent full‑time position based in the United States with a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
