Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
Assist to preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
Provide remote technical support to customers during stand by time.

Hold current driving license valid in the UK
Ability to demonstrate an ability to be flexible with schedules and be self sufficient in the field. You will have experience in field services - ABB product experience is desirable.
You are highly skilled in electrical / mechanical engineering solutions, preferably in the marine and ports industry, but not essential.
Relevant tertiary qualification in electrical engineering and/or have a demonstrated professional track record.
Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
Willing to work in demanding environments, both in the UK and internationally, on and offshore.
You are at ease communicating with wide variety of people, both work collogues and from the customer side.
