  • Organize and manage complex tasks, whether completing the work independently or delegating to others.

  • Some travel will be required for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree is required in interior design or related field of study.
  • Exhibit a love for problem solving in an entrepreneurial, team oriented, high functioning environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to pursue new projects or clients.
  • Effective time management, with proven success at balancing multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills are imperative.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with both clients and teammates.
  • Show a passion for researching workplace performance and space utilization statistics with the ability to apply this information to projects and client-specific goals.
